Med Subsidiary
Med Subsidiary. Means and includes each present or future, direct or indirect Subsidiary of Med, other than any Excluded Med Subsidiary and "Med Subsidiaries" means and includes all such Subsidiaries (other than any Excluded Med Subsidiaries).
