medical affiliate. When used in reference to any Person (as hereinafter defined), means any other Person that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries is controlled by the first such Person or for which Person the Corporation is to be under contractual control of such Person's Clinical Discovery, Clinical Development or Medical Affairs.
