Medical Director

Medical Director. The Physician who is retained by Practice and is designated as the Medical Director to be responsible for coordinating and managing the effective professional medical services of the Physicians and Physician Extenders, and other matters relating to the Practice, subject to the Manager's consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
