Medivation Shares

Medivation Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the shares of Series B Preferred Stock issued to the Medivation Stockholders and the shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants dated December 17, 2004, issued by the Company to certain Medivation Stockholders, in each case in connection with the Merger.
