Meeting. Any meeting of the stockholders of the Company at which the election of Directors is to be voted upon, however called (and including any postponement or adjournment of any such meeting), and any written consent of the stockholders of the Company with respect to the election of Directors

Meeting. Any meeting of the holders of Units, or any adjournment thereof or any other circumstances upon which a vote, agreement, consent (including unanimous written consents) or other approval is sought from the holders of Units.
