A parenteral formulation of the selective COX-2 inhibitor non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug meloxicam developed at any time on or after the Effective Date by or on behalf of Purchaser using NanoCrystal Technology. For the avoidance of doubt, the Meloxicam Parenteral Formulation shall not be deemed to include Meloxicam IV/IM.
