Member Facilities

Member Facilities. Means the acute and non-acute health care providers and other Eligible Organizations that are Owned, Leased or Managed by, or Affiliated with, Member. A list of the Member Facilities is attached as Exhibit A and shall be updated by the Parties as required. Any Member Facility that ceases to be Owned, Leased or Managed by, or Affiliated with Member shall cease to be a "Member Facility" for purposes of this Agreement as of the effective date of the termination of such relationship (e.g.,... consummation of sale transaction, termination of sponsorship, etc.).
