Members Agreement

Members Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Members Agreement, to be entered into as of the Closing Date, by and among the Company and the members of the Company, as in effect from time to time.

Members Agreement. The Second Amended and Restated Members Agreement, dated as of October 18, 2000, among the Company, MEM Holdings and the other equityholders of the Company named therein, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Members Agreement. Means that certain Second Amended and Restated Members' Agreement of the members of Tonkin Springs LLC dated as of July 31, 2003, by and among TSVLP, USEC and BacTech Nevada.

Members Agreement. That certain Members Agreement executed on even date with this Operating Agreement by and between the Members of the Company.

Members Agreement. Means the Management Members' Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2005, among the Company the Sponsor Members of the Company party thereto and the Management Members of the Company party thereto, as amended and in effect from time to time.
