MEMC STF Technology. Shall mean technical information, including know-how, processes and trade secrets, acquired or possessed by MEMC on or after [*****] relating to the manufacture, testing or quality control of STF, as set forth in Exhibit M to this Agreement and as the same may be updated from time to time.
