Merchandise

Merchandise. All products, goods, materials, equipment, displays, articles, and tangible items supplied by Supplier to Company within the Territory, and all packaging, instructions, warnings, warranties, advertising and other services included therewith

Merchandise. Shall mean any and all goods that the Retailer purchases, manufacturers, or otherwise obtains for resale to its customers at any retail location owned or controlled by Retailer from time to time during the term of this Supply Agreement.

Merchandise. Shoes, sneakers, boots, sandals, specialty dance footwear, cleated shoes and other sports shoes, skates, shoe care products (e.g. polish, cleaners and water proofers), and laces.

Merchandise. Shoes and related items sold in Stein Mart's Shoe Departments other than slippers, patio shoes and house shoes of the types typically available from accessories vendors and typically sold in department store accessories departments

Merchandise. Products or services offered by MSO and its Affiliates; provided, however, that such products shall not include Meredith Merchandise

Merchandise. Means any product, merchandise, services, service plans, transportation, lodging, accommodations, or credits for any of the foregoing.

Merchandise. Any merchandise derived from, based on, using and/or featuring Game Content.
