Merck Patents. Means all Patent Rights that are Controlled by Merck or its Affiliates before the termination of the License Agreement and that Cover the Compound or the Licensed Product or their manufacture or use as defined in the License Agreement. Merck Patents include Merck's and its Affiliates interest in Joint Patents.
