Meridian Registrable Shares

Meridian Registrable Shares. Means all Class A Shares owned by, or issuable to (including, without limitation, Class A Shares that are issuable by means of an exchange of LP Units and Class B Shares by a Meridian Investor pursuant to the terms of the LLLP Agreement), any Meridian Investor.
