METRICOM KNOWHOW. Means techniques, inventions, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience, test data and cost, sales and manufacturing data relating to the manufacture of the Modem which Metricom discloses to Novatel under this Agreement, including without limitation any technology developed by either party on behalf of Metricom.
