METRICOM PATENTS

METRICOM PATENTS. Means the existing patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit B hereto and such patents obtained and patent applications filed by Metricom relating to the patents listed on Exhibit B, and improvements thereto, including without limitation, all foreign counterparts, all substitutions, extensions, reissues, renewals, divisions, continuations and continuations in part relating to such Metricom Patents and their foreign counterparts.
