Example Definitions of "METRICOM SPECIFICATIONS"
METRICOM SPECIFICATIONS. Means the performance, usage and form factor specifications written by Metricom to which the Guaranteed Volume of Modems will conform. Such Metricom Specifications shall be attached as Exhibit D hereto upon completion of development of such Metricom Specifications, which shall not be later than thirty (30) days from the execution of this Agreement.
