METUCHEN Trademark(s)

METUCHEN Trademark(s). Means any of the trademarks, service marks, logos, product configuration, trade dress or trade names used by METUCHEN and/or developed by METUCHEN in connection with the Product(s) during the Term of this Agreement including any trademarks, service marks, logos, product configuration, and/or trade dress for use with the Product(s).
