Mezzanine Debt. Means (i) all principal of, and premium, if any, and all interest on, the Mezzanine Notes (including, without limitation, any interest accruing thereon at the legal rate after the commencement of any Proceeding and any additional interest that would have accrued thereon but for the commencement of such Proceeding), (ii) all other indebtedness, obligations and liabilities now or hereafter owing to the Mezzanine Creditors by the Company under the Mezzanine Notes, the Warrants, the Registration...
