MFCF Certificate

MFCF Certificate. Means a certificate, certified by the President or Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer, setting forth in reasonable detail the Issuer's calculation of Monthly Cash Flow and, if applicable, the number and value of any shares of Unrestricted Common Stock delivered to the Holder in payment thereof and attaching a true, correct and complete copy of the financial statements and other records of the Issuer used to calculate any of the same.
