MGM Technology. Shall mean all techniques, ideas, inventions (including patentable inventions), practices, methods, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, skill, experience, documents, data or apparatus relating to, and all Patents claiming, any aspect or component of the Shaker/Baker Instrument.
