MIC Merger Agreement

MIC Merger Agreement. Means the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated July 14, 1998 by and among AMRESCO, MIC Acquisition, Inc., MIC, William Edwards and certain other stockholders, as amended (subject the approval of the Lenders if and to the extent required under Paragraph 10(a) of the Second Modification).
