MICROBIAL INFORMATION. Shall mean the Microbial Database Raw Data, the Microbial Database Source Code, the PathoSeq-TM- Database and the Patent Application. The Microbial Information shall specifically exclude all of Incyte's and its Affiliates' right, title and interest, of whatever kind or nature, in and to the PathoSeq-TM- Database Agreements.
