MICROSOFT CUSTOMER

MICROSOFT CUSTOMER. Means a third party (which may include separate operating divisions of the same entity) that Purchases a Seeded Storefront through Microsoft (or a sub-agent of Microsoft, including VerticalNet) at any time during the Term. For purposes of this Agreement, separate operating divisions of the same business entity shall be deemed separate Microsoft Customers.
