Microsoft IP. (a) any and all Necessary Claims held by Microsoft or any of its Affiliates during the Term of the Microsoft License; and (b) any and all copyright and trade secret rights that Microsoft or any of its Affiliates may have in the Microsoft Materials during the Term of the Microsoft License
