Microsoft Platform

Microsoft Platform. Means Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows CE, Windows NT, Windows Me, all predecessor or successor versions thereof, and any other operating system, embedded operating system or development platform developed or marketed by Microsoft Corporation prior to or during the term of this Agreement.
