Microsoft PLC Compatible. Means, with respect to a PLC modem device, that such device is (i) able to interoperate with Microsoft Products within the limited field of use set forth in Section 4.1.1 and (ii) intended to be marketed under such a trademark or logo (or similar trademark or logo) pursuant to a logo program intended to be established by Microsoft.
