Miller Family. Means Hugh Miller, Marc E. Miller, Sidney Miller and Lee Miller, any of their respective spouses or lineal descendants, or any trust (i) the beneficial interests of which are directly or indirectly held by such persons or (ii) of which any of such persons serves as a trustee.
