Milton Lease

Milton Lease. Shall mean, collectively, (i) that certain Lease Agreement dated January 1, 2003, by and between Create-a-Book, Inc. and TRX, Inc., and (ii) that certain Commercial Lease Agreement dated March 16, 2000, by and between GulfStar Advertising Inc. and WorldTravel Technologies, LLC (now known as TRX Fulfillment Services, LLC) for rental of the Milton Customer Care Center.
