Minimum Borrowing Note

Minimum Borrowing Note. Shall mean the Second Amended and Restated Secured Convertible Minimum Borrowing Note, initially issued by the Company and The Analytica Group, Inc. to the Purchaser on April 29, 2005 and amended and restated as of August 16, 2005 and February 13, 2006, in the original principal amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000), as amended and restated, further amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time.
