Shall be satisfied with respect to a notice of redemption if the Market Price has been at least $7.50 per share (subject to adjustment for stock splits, stock dividends and similar transactions) for 20 of the last 30, and each of the last 5, trading days immediately preceding the date of the notice of redemption.
