Minimum CashExcess Availability

Minimum CashExcess Availability. Means the Borrower's (i) cash deposits maintained at Silicon (plus up to $1,000,000.00 which may be maintained with third party institutions subject to the terms of Section 9 (1) of the Schedule), and/or (ii) excess "availability" under this Agreement (net of Loans, Letters of Credit, Cash Management Services or other indebtedness under this Agreement), as determined by Silicon based upon the Credit Limit restrictions set forth in Section 1 of the Schedule.
