Minimum Combined Annual Volume. Means [***] of combined [***] (as defined in the GSA) and [***] (as defined in the GSA) purchased by PANTRY pursuant to the GSA and [***] purchased by PANTRY directly from MPC at the Designated Terminals, or as reduced in accordance with Section 13 or Section 14(B) of this Agreement.
