Example Definitions of "Minimum Fungibility Price"
Minimum Fungibility Price. An amount equal to (a) the principal amount of the Notes, reduced by (b) one-fourth of 1% (0.25%) of the principal amount, multiplied by the number of complete years to maturity, plus (c) any pre-issuance accrued interest on the Notes from the immediately preceding interest payment date to the date of issuance of the Notes.
