Minimum Liquidity

Example Definitions of "Minimum Liquidity"
Minimum Liquidity. The sum of (i) the unrestricted cash and cash equivalents of the US Borrower as determined in accordance with GAAP which are held free of Liens and (ii) the Available Revolving Credit Commitments under the Revolving Credit Commitments.
Minimum Liquidity. Liquidity of Seller shall, at all times, exceed $20,000,000. For purposes of the calculation of Liquidity for this covenant, cash and/or Cash Equivalents shall comprise at least 50% of Liquidity.
Minimum Liquidity. Means cash or Cash Equivalents as reflected on the consolidated balance sheet in accordance with GAAP plus the Available Commitments.
Minimum Liquidity. For a particular period, with respect to Borrower, shall mean the cash of Borrower on deposit with Agent, plus any Undrawn Availability.
Minimum Liquidity. Means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate unused amount of the Commitments under this Agreement as of such date and (b) all unrestricted and unencumbered cash and Investments of the type described in Section 9.05(c), (d), (e) and (f) reflected on the Borrower's balance sheet as of such date.
