Minimum Purchase Orders

Minimum Purchase Orders. Shall mean either the yearly or the quarterly minimum purchase amounts as agreed upon in the applicable Statement of Work, which will be reviewed at least once a year and shall be adapted to Biotronik ́s reasonable expectations in Micrus ́ reasonably commercializing each Product.
