Minimum Quarterly Availability. The US Borrower agrees that on the last day of each fiscal quarter ending during any period set forth below (a "Compliance Date") there shall be at least the Minimum Availability under the Revolving Credit Commitments set forth below for such day: Period Minimum Availability ------ -------------------- ...
