Minimum Repayment Amount

Minimum Repayment Amount. With respect to any repayment of Advances (a) U.S. $5,000,000, (b) if the Outstanding Class A-R Funded Amount as of such date is less than U.S. $5,000,000, the Minimum Repayment Amount shall be the Outstanding Class A-R Funded Amount, or (c) if UBS AG, London Branch is a Class A-R Noteholder at the time of such repayment, such other amount as may be approved by UBS.
