Minimum Sales Requirement

Minimum Sales Requirement. Shall mean the minimum sales values for each Product Category as defined by Section 9.1(d) for the first four (4) years after the Effective Date and defined by the parties under Sections 8.1 and 8.2 after the first four (4) years after the Effective Date.
