Minimum Shares

Minimum Shares. At least that number of Exchanged Shares equal to 50% of each Holder's Initial Aggregate Shares; provided, however, in the event a Holder has previously converted more than 50% of such Holder's Initial Aggregate Shares into Common Stock, such Holder's "Minimum Shares" to meet the Minimum Exchange Requirements shall be the exchange of 100% of such Holder's remaining Current Shares

Minimum Shares. Means 2,486,452 shares of the Company's outstanding Common Stock (as adjusted for any Recapitalization with respect to such shares after the date hereof).
