Miscellaneous Stipend

Miscellaneous Stipend. Shall mean the sum of $1,000.00 to be paid by Acquisition Corp. to Nathan Kahn as a non-accountable stipend to re-imburse him for minor expense he may personally incur with respect to Development of an Option Parcel or a Project, said payment to begin on the 5th business day of each month commencing in May of 2001.
