Example Definitions of "Misdirected Payment"
Misdirected Payment. Shall mean any payment received by the Company, its principals, agents or employees instead of Porter Capital on any Account Receivable listed on the Invoice Schedule or otherwise sold to Porter Capital pursuant to section 9 and section 21 of this Agreement which are not delivered to Porter Capital in accordance with the terms of section 9 of this Agreement.
