MMT Warrants

MMT Warrants. Prior to and after the closing of the Initial Public Offering, each of the parties shall use its reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all appropriate action, do or cause to be done all things necessary, proper or advisable, and to execute and deliver such documents and other papers, as may be reasonably requested by the other party hereto in order to consummate and evidence the Repurchase and the expiration and cancellation of the MMT Warrants.
