Mobile Data Unit

Mobile Data Unit. A single unit of radio data equipment (for example: a modem with built in mobile radio transmitter and receivers) having a unique EID for use in connection with its own unique IP Address which is both capable of being moved from location to location, and technically and operationally compatible with the Cellular Digital Packet Data System.
