Mobile Global Positioning Navigation System

Mobile Global Positioning Navigation System. Shall mean a mobile global positioning navigation system which is (i) designed for use in a motor vehicle, (ii) battery powered and/or powered by a vehicle's cigarette lighter, although it may be mounted and hard wired into a vehicle's electronics, and (iii) portable from one vehicle to another.
