Mold Condition

Mold Condition. The growth or existence of Mold, in such condition, location or quantity as would, individually or in the aggregate, pursuant to applicable Environmental Law or commercially reasonable industry standards, have a material adverse effect on (i) human health or the environment, or (ii) the value or condition of the Property.
