Money Now Loan. Shall mean a loan by the Originator to an Applicant based on, among other things, the Applicant's anticipated Federal income tax refund, with proceeds of such loan available on the same day the loan is approved by the Originator, with a final tax return being prepared and filed with the IRS, based on the Applicant's W2, in the same office visit as the Applicant applies for such a loan.
