Monsanto Enabling Assets. Shall mean the technologies that are subject to the claims of the patents and patent applications and any and all patents maturing from applications that are divisionals, continuations or continuations-in-part of these applications and any and all reissues or extensions of any of the foregoing that are listed in Appendix L. Monsanto Enabling Assets are a subset of Monsanto Enabling Technology.
