Monthly Benefit

Example Definitions of "Monthly Benefit"
Monthly Benefit. An amount equal to the greater of (i) forty percent (40%) of Employee's average monthly base salary for the sixty (60) months immediately preceding Employee's Separation From Service or disability, and (ii) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
Monthly Benefit. An amount equal to sixty percent (60%) of the Executive's average monthly compensation, excluding bonuses, for the sixty (60) months immediately preceding his termination of employment or disability
