Monthly Benefit
Monthly Benefit. Shall mean an amount, as of a Benefit Determination Date, equal to the vested Appreciation Benefit divided by 180. For example, if on a Benefit Determination Date the Appreciation Benefit is $450,000, then Executive's Monthly Benefit is $2,500 ($450,000 / 180) plus accrued interest.
Monthly Benefit. Shall mean the Average Compensation multiplied by the Accrued Benefit Percentage and then divided by twelve (12), calculated at the Benefit Commencement Date.
Monthly Benefit. An amount equal to the greater of (i) forty percent (40%) of Employee's average monthly base salary for the sixty (60) months immediately preceding Employee's Separation From Service or disability, and (ii) Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
