MONTHLY OFFPEAK PRICE

MONTHLY OFFPEAK PRICE. Shall mean the product of (i) the Contract Year Base Price times (ii) the Off-Peak Monthly Price Factor for the respective Contract Years and calendar months, such prices and factors being set forth in Schedules A and B respectively.
