Monthly Operating Expense Amount. The monthly amount payable for Operating Expenses as set forth in the Annual Budget not otherwise paid or reserved for in the Accounts described in Sections 2(i), (ii), (iii) and (v) below, together with other amounts incurred by Borrower in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Property and approved by Lender
