Monthly Salary
Monthly Salary. - (i) with respect to an Employee paid on a salary basis, the Employee's current annual salary divided by 12; and (ii) with respect to an Employee paid on an hourly basis, the Employee's current hourly rate times the number of hours he or she is regularly scheduled to work per week multiplied by 52 and then divided by 12.
